Hy Andy, welcome,
the Front Fairing is from the manufactur Five Star.
I had this Front one one of my Bigs.
If you want to Swap to original you need some parts Like headlamps, headlamps frame, beak etc.
Hope that helps a little bit.

Concerning the fairing of your bike I can't tell you more than Patrick already did. Do you want to return to the original setup with the beak or are you just interested in details of the Five Stars fairing to keep it and to be prepared for eventual repairs, change of light bulbs and so on?
